Untitled (Another Sweater Piece)

The sculpture piece is presented at the height of a human figure, with the bottom of the sweater propped up for easy access for the viewer (to wear, to enter, to view). The sweater is frozen at the moment right before one pull it over his/her body. The moment is often confusing and perplexing, and sometimes leads to failure(of wearing). The sculpture is a tribute to that fraction of a second when body is confronted by twisting pathes toward warmth, memory, and perhaps ideas of home.

The sculpture is made with wool sweater, wood, plaster, and wire. Appreximate size is 170cm by 45cm by 55cm. Photo documentation during winter in New Jersey, backyard of artist's home, 2011.
